Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Modeling & Pricing in the United States. This leadership role owns pricing analytics and enterprise-wide financial modeling strategy, coordinating SME resources and driving cross-functional initiatives across Prime’s pricing and forecasting functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 10 years of relevant work experience, including 5 years in managed care or related PBM.
• 3 years in project management, quality improvement and business analysis.
• 7 years of leadership/people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide transformation and process improvement to pricing and forecast analytics work products.
• Develop standard execution processes within all pricing and financial modeling work streams.
• Create cost/benefit, ROI analysis and other financial reports and models for strategic and financial impact to Prime.
• Provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to Prime management.
• Manage client relationships and document pricing analytics projects based on capacity and capabilities.
• Champion standardization of new best practice processes, procedures, and templates for pricing and underwriting models.
• Conduct performance reviews, 1:1s, and guide staff toward department goals including quality and process improvements.
• Manage department budget, staffing, performance, and development; uphold Prime leadership expectations.
