Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Modeling & Pricing to own enterprise pricing analytics and lead the financial modeling team. This role coordinates pricing strategy, delivers ROI analysis, and partners with executives on business impact and long-term objectives.

The candidate will guide standardization of practices, manage the department budget, and drive performance development while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Prime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
• 10 years of relevant work experience, including: 5 years of managed care or related PBM experience, 3 years in project management, quality improvement and business analysis, 7 years of leadership/people management.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, including team leadership, conflict resolution and listening.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise wide transformation and process improvement to pricing and forecast analytics work products.
• Develop standard execution processes within all pricing and financial modeling work stream activities.
• Create cost/benefit, ROI analysis and other financial reports and models to support the business.
• Provide comprehensive and relevant financial analysis and reporting to Prime management.
• Responsible for client relationship and communication to understand and document pricing analytics projects.
