Job summary

Prime Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director of Financial Modeling & Pricing to lead pricing analytics and enterprise-wide financial modeling efforts. You will coordinate with SMEs and cross-functional partners to define and drive the pricing analytics strategy aligned with Prime's long-term goals.

The role oversees budgeting, ROI analyses and executive reporting, while mentoring the pricing and modeling teams and ensuring best-practice processes and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business or related area.
• 10 years of relevant work experience with PBM or managed care preferred.
• 5 years of managed care or related PBM experience and 7 years of leadership.
• Ability to lead pricing analytics, financial modeling and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pricing analytics and financial modeling activities enterprise-wide.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead pricing and SME teams on related projects.
• Define enterprise pricing analytics strategy to support long-term objectives.
• Create cost/benefit, ROI analyses and financial reports for executives.
• Manage department budget, staffing, performance and development.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to document projects.
