Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business or related area of study; HS diploma or GED is allowed
• 10 years of relevant work experience incl. PBM/managed care experience
• 3 years of project management, quality improvement and business analysis
• 7 years of leadership/people management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa/residency sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide transformation and process improvement for pricing and forecast analytics
• Develop standard execution processes within all pricing and financial modeling activities
• Create cost/benefit, ROI analyses and financial reports for strategic decisions
• Provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to Prime management
• Manage client relationships and document pricing analytics projects based on capacity
• Lead standardization of new pricing and underwriting practices and templates
• Conduct performance reviews and development of staff to meet department goals
• Manage department budget, staffing, performance and development
