Job summary

Prime Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director of Financial Modeling & Pricing to own enterprise pricing analytics and financial modeling, guiding a team of experts and cross-functional partners.

You will define and drive an enterprise pricing analytics strategy, deliver insightful financial analyses to Prime management, and lead performance reviews, budgets, and talent development across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with 5 years in managed care/PBM
• 3 years of project management, quality improvement and business analysis
• 7 years of leadership/people management experience
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide transformation and process improvement to pricing and forecast analytics
• Develop standard execution processes within all pricing and financial modeling work stream activities
• Create cost/benefit, ROI analyses and other financial reports and models
• Provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to Prime management
• Manage client relationships and document pricing analytics projects
• Lead standardization of best-practice processes, procedures, and templates
• Conduct performance reviews and staff 1:1s to guide development and align with goals
• Manage department budget, staffing and cross-functional interactions
• Perform other duties as assigned
