Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Modeling & Pricing to lead enterprise pricing analytics and financial modeling efforts. You will partner with executives to drive pricing strategy and deliver critical financial insights.

Role requires 10 years of experience, including 5 in managed care/PBM, plus 7 years in leadership. Eligible to work in the US is required; salary ranges from $164k to $279k with benefits described on the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business or related area of study.
• 10 years of relevant work experience, to include 5 years of managed care or related PBM experience.
• 3 years of experience in the areas of project management, quality improvement and business analysis.
• 7 years of leadership/people management experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise wide transformation and process improvement to pricing and forecast analytics work products.
• Develop standard execution processes within all pricing and financial modeling work stream activities.
• Create cost/benefit, ROI analysis and other financial reports and models.
• Provide comprehensive and relevant financial analysis and reporting to Prime management.
• Responsible for client relationship and communication to understand and document pricing analytics projects.
• Champion and lead standardization of new best practice processes, procedures, and templates.
• Conduct performance reviews, 1:1s and staff development efforts; manage toward departmental goals.
• Manage department budget, staffing, performance and development.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business or related area of study
