Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Modeling and Pricing to lead pricing analytics and enterprise-wide financial modeling efforts. The role will coordinate Subject Matter Experts and drive the pricing analytics strategy in support of Prime's long-term objectives.

The successful candidate will bring deep PBM experience, strong leadership, and a track record of transforming pricing processes. Extensive collaboration with senior management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business or related field; HS diploma or GED required.
• 10 years relevant work experience including 5 years in managed care or PBM.
• 7 years of leadership/people management experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide transformation and process improvement to pricing and forecast analytics.
• Develop standard execution processes within pricing and financial modeling activities.
• Create cost/benefit, ROI analyses and other financial reports to support business decisions.
• Provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to Prime management.
• Responsible for client relationship and communication for pricing analytics projects.
• Champion standardization of best-practice processes, procedures, and templates.
• Conduct performance reviews and staff development to meet department goals.
• Manage department budget, staffing, and performance.
