QTS Data Centers seeks a Director, Pre-Construction & Scheduling to establish and govern processes, standards, and controls for predictable execution across the development portfolio. You will partner with regional teams and lead portfolio-wide planning, pre-construction governance, cost and schedule compliance, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction/engineering/business field.
• Nine+ years in project controls, construction management, pre-construction, scheduling or related areas.
• Three+ years in direct people leadership.
• Experience managing complex capital projects/programs.
• Proven ability to establish enterprise standards, reporting, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise planning and controls processes across Development.
• Establish governance for planning, cost, and schedule management.
• Oversee scheduling governance, production tracking, and analytics.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting tools for portfolio management.
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation strategies across the portfolio.
• Mentor leaders and build organizational capability in project controls.
