Coupa Software Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Enablement to lead the full post-sales enablement portfolio, including Customer Education (Coupa University), Partner Enablement, and Post-Sales Enablement for Customer Success, Consulting, and Support.

You will build and lead a team spanning post-sales and partner enablement, owning the Coupa University education strategy, including free-to-fee education, certification tracks, and AI-driven learning pathways to accelerate product

Formación

• 12+ years in enablement, GTM, or customer education strategy in enterprise software/SaaS
• 5+ years directly managing people managers
• Experience with customer teams, CS, Consulting, Support, and Partner orgs
• Track record commercializing training or certification portfolios with measurable impact
• Data-literate and able to link enablement to renewal/retention outcomes

Responsabilidades

• Lead post-sales enablement and partner enablement teams
• Own and advance Customer Education (Coupa University) strategy, certification tracks, and digital-first pathways
• Embed enablement into CS, Consulting, Support, and Partner planning rhythms
• Drive data-driven metrics: NRR, ARR, renewal outcomes and usage of training resources
• Lead cross-functional change management for major product milestones
