Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management within SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience shipping software in Customer Success or Service Cloud ecosystems.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio roadmap, investment priorities, and business outcomes.
• Define and defend AI tool spend and project outcomes within operating plans.
• Lead AI strategy for a unified, scalable global CS & Support operation.
