Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technical program management or equivalent leadership
• Experience leading large-scale technology programs with multi-team execution
• Experience owning portfolio execution strategy and governance
• Fluency in software development lifecycle practices and AI-enabled workflows
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
• Proven track record building and leading program and portfolio organizations at scale

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve a scalable delivery operating model across PSET
• Transform portfolio and TPM practice to be AI-native with new tooling
• Lead a high-performing TPM and Portfolio organization and align stakeholders
• Provide executive-ready visibility into program health, progress, risks, and dependencies
• Drive portfolio governance across the platform stack and value delivery
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex platform initiatives and outcomes
• Act as escalation authority for cross-organizational program issues
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture to reflect system dependencies
• Support Platform Next’s AI-native delivery model and data-driven feedback loops
