Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical program management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve a scalable delivery operating model for PSET.
• Transform TPM to be AI-native with decision-support tooling.
• Lead a high-performing TPM and portfolio organization.
• Provide executive visibility into program health, risks, and milestones.
• Drive portfolio governance across the platform stack.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex platform initiatives.
• Act as escalation authority for cross-organizational issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture on dependencies.
• Support Platform Next’s AI-native delivery evolution.
