Job summary

You will hire and shape teams, drive AI-enabled workflows, and own roadmaps for core services like agentic orchestration and model gateways, ensuring secure, scalable architecture across Adobe's cloud offerings.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering leadership through ambiguity and change.
• Direct experience with platform or infrastructure work.
• Working fluency in AI/ML systems, including evals, context management, and model gateways.
• Technical depth with agentic frameworks and operational patterns for managing them at scale.
• Track record of building or reshaping an engineering organization, including hiring and structuring teams.
• Ability to influence progress with a platform in a shifting technical landscape.
• Strong cross-functional influence to drive platform adoption across global teams.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to inspire teams and articulate vision.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a holistic, full-stack engineering strategy for the Adobe Intelligence Platform.
• Integrate platform components into web, desktop, and mobile surfaces.
• Partner with global teams to accelerate timelines and unify the customer experience.
• Grow the organization through hiring, team structuring, and leadership development.
• Model and drive AI-enabled ways of working to plan, review, and ship software.
• Own technology strategy and roadmaps for agentic orchestration, model gateways, and knowledge services.
• Establish operating rhythms for planning, prioritization, dependencies, and progress.
• Collaborate with Research and Design to move applied AI innovations into production.
• Drive adoption of the Adobe Intelligence Platform across Adobe’s cloud offerings.
• Collaborate with Security, Privacy, and Legal to embed governance into architecture.
