Job summary

Appnovation is seeking a Principal Technical Architect (Senior Director level) to serve as the senior technical leader for one of our key digital platforms. You will define the platform’s direction, ensure modern, secure, scalable architecture, and guide engineering teams that build and operate it.

You will partner with senior business and Digital leaders to translate needs into tangible technical choices, establish governance, and drive AI-enabled delivery at global scale.

• Significant senior engineering leadership in enterprise platforms.
• Own the technical strategy and architecture of a major platform.
• Lead and develop engineering teams including architects and leads.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform's technical strategy and target-state architecture.
• Lead and develop engineering teams building and operating the platform.
• Define integration patterns and key technical standards.
