• Fluency in software development lifecycle practices and AI-accelerated development environments.
• Strong data-informed decision-making and metrics usage.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve a scalable delivery operating model across PSET.
• Transform portfolio and TPM practice to be AI-native with decision-support tooling.
• Lead TPM and Portfolio organization with prioritization and cross-functional execution.
• Provide executive-ready visibility into program health, progress, and risks.
• Drive portfolio governance, prioritization, sequencing, and investment decisions.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex platform initiatives.
• Partner with engineering and architecture leaders on system dependencies.
• Support evolution of Platform Next’s delivery model for AI-native engineering.
