Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years leading technical strategy and ML infrastructure.
• 7+ years in design/architecture of software products.
• 10+ years hands-on data mining and information retrieval.
• Experience in A/B testing and experimental design.
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and financial modeling.
• Ability to translate data insights into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Champion a data-driven culture and shape the direction of key data science areas.
• Identify, design, prototype, and build scalable end-to-end ML pipelines for ecommerce personalization.
• Develop and implement robust experimentation frameworks for rapid iteration.
• Craft compelling stories and make logical recommendations from data insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive large-scale strategic projects to completion.
• Advise senior leaders on data-driven decisions in support of strategic goals.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists/MLE on planning, technical decisions, and code reviews.
