Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks a Senior Director in Pharmacy Financial leadership to guide complex valuation and design of client pharmacy benefit programs. You will analyze financial impacts, develop pricing models, and present insights to clients and internal teams.

You will lead project delivery, mentor junior team members, and collaborate across health and benefits experts to deliver superior value in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience designing/managing large group pharmacy benefit plans in a consulting, brokerage, PBM or carrier environment.
• Strong financial skills; prior experience in pharmacy pricing, underwriting or valuation work preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required, with significant quantitative coursework.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, creative and integrative skills.
• Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Partner with consultants to review and perform financial analyses, including cost savings and data projections.
• Develop client analyses and documents for WTW clients and prospects, including presentations and review of pharmacy contracts.
• Analyze, compare and negotiate vendor products, services, contracts and pricing guarantees.
• Design, distribute and evaluate responses to RFPs, renewals and market checks.
• Lead project management, create plans and ensure progress against objectives, budgets, timelines and quality.
