Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Pharmacy Consultant, Manager to lead pharmacy benefits engagements and drive design, analytics, and cost-saving strategies for employer clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage vendor procurement, performance audits, and cross-functional collaboration while mentoring junior colleagues and shaping new intellectual capital. A pharmacist is preferred but not required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in clinical strategy, PBM, analytics and consulting.
• Deep understanding of the PBM and US healthcare ecosystems.
• PBM account executive experience preferred.
• Strategic thinker capable of challenging the status quo.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client Pharmacy engagements for Small to Medium clients and support large clients.
• Analyze pharmacy benefit plans and design cost-saving strategies.
• Procure, negotiate, and implement PBM vendors.
• Audit PBM performance (financial and operational).
• Develop strategies for specialty pharmacy products and patient outcomes.
• Prepare teams for meetings or present to clients.
• Mentor junior staff on pharmacy concepts and tools.
• Support new business and contribute to intellectual capital.
