Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Senior Director of Search & Partner Marketing to lead the Performance Marketing function across paid search, AI paid search, affiliates, aggregators, and lead generation. You will direct a hybrid in‑house and agency team, manage a substantial evergreen budget, and set testing, measurement, and first‑party data strategies at scale.

You’ll report to the VP of Growth & Channel Marketing and partner with data science, analytics, IT, and brand teams to drive efficient acquisition

Qualifications

• 15+ years in digital marketing, with leadership of performance marketing teams and large budgets.
• Experience in a multi-product or multi-channel environment, including search and lead gen.
• Proven ability to manage in-housing vs agency models and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year performance marketing strategy across paid search, AI paid search, affiliates, and lead generation.
• Lead a hybrid team of in-house practitioners and agencies, manage a large evergreen budget, and guide testing and measurement.
• Partner with data science, analytics, and IT to optimize first-party data and performance.
• Present reads and strategic POVs to senior leadership and drive cross-functional collaboration.
