GEICO is seeking a Director, Paid Search – MOAT & Specialty, to own the strategic direction and execution of paid search for MOAT, Home, Renters and Specialty lines. You will lead a team of in-house practitioners and agency partners, manage the search budget, and drive quote volume, conversions, and efficient acquisition costs.

You will collaborate with product, underwriting, data science, and analytics to optimize performance.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in digital marketing, with hands-on paid search experience
• Experience leading search teams and managing agency partners
• Ability to set strategy, budgeting, and measurement for multiple lines of business
• Familiarity with AI-powered bidding and platform-native automation

Responsabilidades

• Set paid search strategy and roadmap for MOAT & Specialty lines
• Lead in-house practitioners and agency partners
• Prioritize investment across a diverse product portfolio
• Oversee account structure, keywords, bidding, ad copy, and landing pages
