Qualificações

• 15+ years of engineering, manufacturing, capital project, or regulated manufacturing experience.
• Experience in biologics drug substance and cell therapy process engineering strategy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establish, maintain and deploy global engineering standards and governance for process engineering.
• Drive consistent application of standards across regions, sites and capital projects.
• Define enterprise standards for biologics drug substance and CGT technologies, including design, deployment and qualification.
• Provide governance and escalation for technical decisions with safety, quality, cost or schedule impact.
• Lead strategic capital investments and front-end engineering activities.
