Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Chemistry or a related field.
• Experience with GMP manufacturing and peptide process development.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for cross-functional collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Develop synthetic processes for peptide assets and other synthetic molecule modalities through all development phases.
• Participate in project teams toward development and characterization of new assets.
• Establish, communicate, and execute research plans.
• Resolve key project hurdles using available data and expertise.
• Seek and integrate literature and prior work into projects.
• Interpret results, note deviations, and plan follow-up experiments.
• Maintain high productivity and adhere to safety and GXP standards.
