Qualifications

• Must have HR leadership experience advising senior/executive leaders.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations including employee relations, compensation, leave management and employment law.
• Excellent judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to leaders to drive business results and strengthen culture.
• Develop and drive HR programs across performance management, compensation, development, and succession planning.
• Coach leaders on feedback and performance, and manage change including reorganizations and integrations.
• Lead organizational design and change management efforts, including acquisition integration.
• Promote AI-native culture and adapt HR processes accordingly.
• Analyze people metrics to shape strategy and policy, and deliver training content.
