Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a highly strategic Senior Director, People Partner to support our Global Worldwide Field sales organization.

This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to the CRO and Sales Leadership Team, helping drive business performance through thoughtful people strategies, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, workforce planning, and talent management. The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR leader with a deep understanding of high-growth, quota-carrying organizations,

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of People Partner/HRBP experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 15 years with a master’s; or a PhD with 12 years.
Experience directly managing people, building and coaching teams of People Partners or HR Business Partners.
Strategic partner to C-suite executives and leadership teams, preferably in global sales/go-to-market.
Technology company background required; cloud/SaaS/PaaS preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner to the CRO and Sales leadership as a strategic advisor and senior leader.
Manage and develop a team of People Partners supporting the Global Worldwide Field organization.
Understand pipeline dynamics, GTM strategy, and quota measures to influence decisions.
Align hiring, performance, and org design with revenue and customer impact.
Lead workforce strategy for the Global Field with scenario planning and org design reviews.
Drive executive talent review, succession planning, and culture health initiatives.
