Qualifications

• 15+ years as a People Partner/HRBP with a degree or 12+ with PhD.
• Experience building and coaching a team of People Partners/HRBPs.
• Proven record as trusted advisor to C-suite executives and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to the CRO and Sales leadership.
• Lead and develop a global People Partner team supporting Field orgs.
• Align hiring, performance, and org design to revenue and customer outcomes.
• Contribute to QBRs and leadership reviews with data-driven insights.
• Advise on workforce strategy and scenario planning for growth.
• Drive executive-level talent reviews and succession planning.
