You will consult with partners, design effective programs, and facilitate a wide range of development experiences that build capability and readiness for both classroom and administrative roles. Qualifications

• Deep L&D expertise across needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, and program evaluation.
• Facilitation presence with diverse audiences at all levels of the organization.
• Consulting mindset: turn ambiguous needs into clear solutions.
• Strong project management: juggle multiple initiatives and timelines.
• Data literacy: analyze learning data and connect outcomes to impact.
• Tech-savvy: proficient with LMS, Articulate 360, Canva, Camtasia, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an internal learning consultant to cross-functional partners.
• Design impactful learning solutions and facilitate sessions across school and corporate teams.
• Lead cohorts and build internal facilitation capacity.
• Support continuous improvement of learning programs and content libraries.
• Assist with onboarding, talent reviews, and performance management processes.
• Support LMS content, course configuration, and testing.
