Charter Schools USA is seeking a Sr. Manager, Talent Development to lead learning solutions across school and corporate teams. You will partner with Finance, IT, HR, and schools, designing capability-building programs and facilitating diverse sessions.

You will drive blended learning, content development, and analytics to improve talent outcomes while advancing CSUSA's mission and values. This is a high-visibility, strategic role.

• Deep L&D expertise across needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, and evaluation.
• Facilitation presence with engaging delivery to diverse audiences.

• Strong project management to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Data literacy with ability to link learning outcomes to impact.
• Tech-savvy with LMS, Articulate 360, Canva, Camtasia, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an internal learning consultant to cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with SMEs and vendors to build solutions aligned to priorities.
• Partner with HRIS on platform needs and integrations.
• Facilitate workshops, onboarding, leadership programs and cohorts.
• Lead cohorts and build internal facilitation capacity across the org.
• Support continuous improvement of learning programs and content libraries.
• Support onboarding, talent reviews, and performance cycles.
• Design blended learning, eLearning, microlearning, and toolkits.
• Develop content using Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
• Evaluate learning impact and produce analytics reports.
