Job summary

Victory College Prep seeks an experienced Human Resources leader to advance recruitment, retention, and staff development across the network. You will build pipelines, manage postings, and coordinate partnerships to attract mission-aligned talent.

You will oversee onboarding, licensing, benefits, and data integrity in ADP and HR systems, partnering with school leaders to support a diverse, high-performing team. This role is central to our growth and inclusion goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum two years of work experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to design and execute best practices with measurable results.
• Highly effective oral and written communication.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Ability to recruit mission-aligned students and diverse staff.
• Experience with ADP, Hirebridge, or similar talent platforms.
• Experience with content creation platforms (Adobe, Canva, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Create and revise job descriptions and interview materials.
• Manage job postings on Hirebridge, ADP, and Nimble.
• Coordinate recruiting events with local and national partners.
• Collaborate with leaders to build talent pipelines and structures.
• Screen candidates and coordinate transitions to interviews.
• Support onboarding with school leaders and mentors.
• Maintain licensing and credentialing processes.
• Oversee staff development programs and budget resources.
• Yearly onboarding of all staff with CSO and leaders.
• Prepare reports in ADP and other systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
