Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools in New York is seeking a Senior Director, Workforce Intelligence to establish systemwide standards for workforce data, lead planning, and govern people-data to drive evidence-based decisions.

You will partner with the People Team and leaders to align staffing, compensation, and talent strategies with enterprise goals, building analytics capabilities and transforming data into insights.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning, analytics, or enterprise transformation.
• Expertise with HRIS reporting, workforce planning tools, predictive analytics, and human capital data structures (Workday analytics preferred).
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, data storytelling, and executive influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) for the organization to have the right set of tools to plan, schedule, track, and optimize staffing.
• Integrate workforce and HR data into a single intelligence ecosystem; set enterprise KPI frameworks and reporting standards.
• Provide labor-market and competitor intelligence to strengthen Talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Lead market compensation benchmarking and pay-equity analysis to inform banding and annual compensation planning decisions.
• Lead root cause analysis of high-attrition roles and build retention models across locations and roles.
