The role emphasizes strategic collaboration, leadership coaching, and driving recruitment and onboarding improvements, ensuring a strong, inclusive workplace across the association.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting and employee relations.
• 4-year college degree preferred in human resources, labor/employee relations, organizational/leadership development or related field.
• PHR or Management & Employee Relations professional designation/certifications preferred.

• Serve as HR Business Partner to division leadership and support People & Culture initiatives.
• Improve localized hiring and onboarding experiences for team members.
• Lead and guide performance management and investigations with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with hiring managers through recruitment processes and candidate experience.
