Job summary

Pediatrics Plus in Conway, AR, seeks a Senior Director to provide strategic leadership for our therapy and ABA programs. You will guide site operations, oversee enrollment, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with state guidelines while promoting family engagement and high-quality care.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) with several years of clinical leadership experience; you will manage budgets, HR, and partnerships to drive growth and service

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Master’s Degree preferred.
Current therapy/ABA license and certification.
3+ years of broad clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead site culture and strategic leadership for therapy/ABA operations.
Oversee therapy/ABA operations with emphasis on family engagement.
Manage recruitment, performance reviews, and HR actions with SVP/HR approval.
Oversee budget, revenue, expenses, and payroll within projections.
Ensure compliance with state agencies and audits.
Engage with community and local partners to promote the site.
