Job summary

Pediatrics Plus in Van Buren seeks a Director of Therapy Services to provide strategic leadership for pediatric therapy programs. You will build a strong team culture and drive excellence in service delivery, coaching therapists, and aligning with company policies and goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, licensure in a therapy field, and at least 3 years of clinical experience; a Master’s degree is preferred. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current license and certification for therapy/ABA.
• Minimum of three years broad clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the therapy services at Pediatrics Plus.
• Build team culture and ensure service excellence across sites.
• Lead and model therapy delivery, evaluations, and recommendations.
• Coach, manage, and develop therapists; conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Senior Director for hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Oversee caseload management and program efficiency; ensure regulatory compliance.
