Job summary

Pediatrics Plus in Missouri seeks a Senior Director to provide strategic leadership to the therapy and ABA programs at the site, guiding culture and service excellence.

You will oversee therapy operations, staff management, budget, compliance, and family engagement, while collaborating with leadership to drive growth and quality.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s in a therapy/ABA field, active licensure, and 3+ years of clinical leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Master’s Degree in a therapy/ABA related field preferred.
• Current license and certification for therapy/ABA.
• Minimum three years of broad clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and reinforce Pediatrics Plus culture in decisions for the site.
• Lead daily huddles for priority setting and team support.
• Oversee therapy/ABA operations with family engagement as a priority.
• Manage staff including hiring, performance reviews, and terminations with approvals.
• Oversee site budgets, revenue, expenses, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and governing agencies.
• Maintain site metrics and coordinate with leadership for growth.
• Attend organizational and clinical program meetings and support marketing events.
