Pediatrics Plus is looking for a compassionate Director of ABA Services in North Little Rock to positively impact children's lives. This leadership role involves mentoring staff and leading the ABA program while collaborating with various professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in behavior analysis, BCBA certification, and over three years of hands-on experience in ABA. The salary starts at $75,000 annually, with numerous benefits including competitive pay and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• More than three years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Ability to work with children from birth to age 21 and their families.
• Experience treating at Pediatrics Plus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site mentoring to the ABA team including RBTs and BCBAs.
• Conduct ABA assessments for incoming clients.
• Assist in team culture and retention initiatives.
