Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Director of ABA Services in Springdale, AR to lead the ABA program and mentor BCBA(s) and RBTs. The role communicates needs across teams and drives clinical excellence in a collaborative pediatric setting.

The position requires a Master’s in behavior analysis or related field, and active BCBA certification, with strong leadership, communication, and program-management skills. Travel to sites is expected as needed; full-time on-site role.

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site mentoring to the ABA team including BCBA(s) and RBTs.
• Lead culture and retention initiatives across ABA teams.
• Oversee ABA program quality and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure client-centered services and family engagement.
