Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or therapy-related field preferred.
• 3+ years leadership experience in a relevant setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of developmental preschool, therapy, and ABA programs.
• Oversee enrollment, staffing, and site operations.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, Medicaid/health and safety guidelines.
• Manage budgets, revenue, expenses, and HR functions with HR/Legal approvals.
• Promote a culture that aligns with Pediatrics Plus values and mission.
• Lead site meetings and coordinate with directors of therapy, preschool, and ABA services.
• Support marketing events and community engagement as needed.
• Address parent concerns and ensure high-quality family experiences.
