Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Senior Director to provide strategic leadership for therapy and ABA programs at the Jonesboro site. You will guide enrollment, lead team performance, and ensure compliance with state guidelines while maintaining a child-centered, family-engaged approach.

The role emphasizes budget oversight, staff development, and collaboration with regional leadership to reinforce Pediatrics Plus culture and drive site growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Master's degree in a therapy/ABA related field preferred.
• Current therapy/ABA license and certification.
• Minimum three years of broad clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the therapy and ABA programs at the site.
• Oversee site operations, enrollment, budgets, and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with Arkansas and organizational guidelines.
• Lead staff development, hiring, coaching, and termination processes.
• Engage families and coordinate with leadership across departments.
• Represent the site at leadership and clinical program meetings.
