Job summary

Navitus is seeking a Sr Director, Account Services to lead strategy, service performance, and account teams for existing PBM clients. The role drives long-term account strategy, client retention, and cross-functional collaboration, reporting to executives and guiding client satisfaction across Navitus’ portfolio.

The position emphasizes building partnerships, developing high-performing teams, and delivering meaningful healthcare outcomes in a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of progressive experience interfacing with Managed Care clients.
5+ years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for Account Executives and Account Management strategy and execution, ensuring service delivery and performance.
Communicate with Senior Navitus team and C-Suite; provide quarterly executive performance summaries.
Lead Strategic Business Plans, Consultative QBRs, and Performance Standard reports to Navitus clients.
Mentor and train staff; manage performance and development; contribute to hiring and onboarding.
