Job summary

Navitus is seeking a Consultant, Pharmacy Network to lead strategy and service performance for PBM clients. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, managing provider services inquiries, and driving client satisfaction across the pharmacy network.

The position supports data-driven decision making, contract inquiries, and coordination with internal and external partners to deliver client deliverables. Remote-friendly with standard M-F schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Pharmacy technician certification preferred.
• 5+ years of business experience in PBM implementation, client management, or project management.
• Strong understanding of PBM processes, pharmacy benefits, and healthcare industry regulations.
• 3 years of experience in business, finance or economics preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic client relationships by building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, focusing on pharmacy network management including retail and specialty lines of business.
• Oversee and improve client support processes and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
• Track key performance related to client pharmacy network management and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead Navitus client inquiries and act as SME regarding deliverables and open items.
• Monitor standards and metrics to drive performance and exceed client service quality expectations.
• Interpret data from Navitus’ data warehouse and other files to support reporting requirements.
• Maintain and manage projects to improve existing processes, delivering enhanced quality and efficiency.
• Support clients and Navitus departments in new client implementations and client-facing meetings.

Education

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, pharmacy, or related field
