Job summary

National Housing Compliance (NHC) is seeking a Director of PBCA Services in Georgia to lead the PBCA program operations, ensuring HUD contract administration, voucher processing, and MORs are performed with accuracy and compliance.

You will align teams, optimize workflows, and drive automation initiatives while maintaining regulatory alignment and high-quality service delivery to housing partners and HUD representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent with relevant housing management focus.
• Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
• 8–10 years of HUD housing program administration and PBCA operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of HUD contract administration functions and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary operational teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day PBCA program operations including voucher processing and HAP administration.
• Lead operational managers and teams to ensure consistent service delivery and accountability.
• Oversee PBCA budgets, resource allocation, and alignment with contractual objectives.
• Set priorities, performance expectations, and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure timely HUD contract deliverables and reporting.
• Identify challenges and implement corrective actions for program improvement.
• Administer HAP contracts, voucher payments, renewals, and MORs.
• Coordinate regulatory updates and HUD guidance implementation.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Lead standardization and tech-enabled process improvements across PBCA.
• Provide executive updates and stakeholder communications.
