The Tampa Housing Authority seeks a PBCA Contracts Manager to oversee contract administration under HUD’s Performance-Based Contract Administration program in the USVI context. You will ensure compliance with HUD requirements, manage a team, and drive performance on subsidy payments, MORs, resident inquiries, and related PBCA duties.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HUD-regulated contracts.
• At least 5 years’ professional experience in HUD-regulated environment.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License and insurable under agency policy.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise PBCA staff across states and manage performance.
• Produce and review monthly/quarterly/annual PBCA reports.
• Oversee HAP contracts and payments processes.
• Ensure ACC compliance with HUD rules and policies.
• Lead audits and compliance reviews.
• Maintain HUD guidance knowledge and internal systems.
