Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and fosters a productive work environment.
• Oversees hiring, training, and assignment of work to staff.
• Interprets federal regulations and Administrative Plan to ensure program compliance.
• Monitors PBV program compliance using HUD criteria and internal policies.
• Coordinates site inspections and maintains annual inspection schedules.
• Manages 50058 compliance and enforces program rules.
• Develops and updates procedures and policies involving PBV/CBRA.
• Prepares AHAP/HAP contracts and extensions for PBV properties.
• Prepares rent adjustments with documentation and rent reasonableness for PBV.
