Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, social work, business administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of grant management or related experience.
• Knowledge of NAHASDA and HUD regulations; experience with Indian Housing Authority programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, management, and administrative affairs of the Housing Authority.
• Prepare budgets and reports for the Board on income, expenses, and activities.
• Ensure NAHASDA compliance and administer grant funds and budgets.
• Coordinate housing development and program management, including audits.
• Supervise staff, implement policies, and maintain records and confidentiality.
• Engage with HUD, tribal authorities, and stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements.
