Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• 5+ years contracting and health plan portfolio management experience in specialty medicine, private equity, or health care contracting.
• Deep experience in understanding healthcare field and payer/provider dynamics, and how analytics and incentives drive transformation.
• Experience in high growth, fast-paced environments; private equity or start-up experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess market trends and payor nuances to craft opportunities and negotiate terms.
• Review health plan agreements and fee schedules to inform integration strategies.
• Represent Retina Consultants of America in national negotiations with managed care and intermediary relationships.
• Maintain contract management platform with all agreements and fee schedules.
• Work with FP&A to verify financial impact and build budgets for future proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and national stakeholders to monitor market trends and optimize contracts.
• Prepare reporting and analytics to justify recommendations.
