Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Director, POM Product Manager to lead the Data Services group within the Payments Enablement platform in New York. You will define the data strategy, governance, and architecture to enable AI readiness and regulatory compliance across the enterprise payments landscape.

You will partner with Engineering, Risk, Data Management, and business stakeholders to shape the data product roadmap, establish Data Mesh practices, and drive scalable data infrastructure that supports

• Extensive product leadership in financial services or payments.
• Deep expertise in data strategy, governance and modern data architectures.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale data transformations and Data Mesh.
• Ability to define vision, strategy, roadmaps with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Data Services roadmap aligned to Payments Enablement.
• Lead Data Mesh adoption, establishing data products, governance and standards.
