Job summary

The role requires strong business acumen, a track record of delivering product roadmaps, and leadership in a financial services setting, partnering with engineering teams and multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, finance or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in product development and delivery with a demonstrated roadmap track record.
• Financial industry experience preferred.
• Experience launching software/services with engineering teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• People leadership experience managing a product management team.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall product strategy for the organization.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data-driven insights to enhance product strategy, delivery, and user experience.
• Influence and direct the product management team and senior leaders.
