Job summary

Capital One in New York seeks a Senior Director, Product Management - Payments Intelligence to lead product strategy for payments data platforms and AI-enabled experiences, shaping how customers interact with banking, payments and data.

You will partner across lines of business, technology, data science and risk to align roles, operating models and roadmaps, driving measurable outcomes while navigating ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership with a lean towards strategy, product strategy, and cross-LOB influence, steeped in analytics and exploration.
• Build long-term, destination-backed thinking in partnership with LOBs; align enterprise on roles, responsibilities and operating model around transaction data.
• Raise the product management bar across the Emerging Payments team; act as bench strength for upcoming scope expansion.
• Steer platform/data products to maximize impact for internal users and end customers; collaborate with technology, data science, strategy, risk, and business teams.
