Job summary

BNY seeks a Product Manager for Data & Data Infrastructure to own the global vision and roadmaps for enterprise data platforms across markets. You will partner with engineering, design, security, SRE, and GTM to deliver measurable value and scale platform capabilities.

You will lead PM teams, translate client needs into governance baselines, and drive AI-enabled features and data visualization experiences for complex customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading other PMs or equivalent leadership.
• Proven success owning multi-year product vision and roadmaps across multiple squads/teams.
• Track record building B2B products for complex enterprise customers with stakeholder management up to C-suite.
• Deep technical understanding of cloud and data infrastructure for performance, reliability, security, and cost.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern data platform patterns and AI-enabled product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global vision and strategy for Data & Analytics Data Infrastructure aligned to client needs and trends.
• Translate needs into actionable product standards, governance baselines, and service tiers.
• Partner with engineering, design, security, SRE, and GTM to roadmap delivery with measurable value.
• Lead PMs and product owners, coach teams, and ensure high-quality launches and adoption.
• Track adoption metrics, platform usage, telemetry, and client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Drive future-proofing, data monetization strategies, and AI-enabled capabilities.
