You will collaborate with executives to drive strategic risk insights, govern data ecosystems, and protect brand integrity while expanding a high-performing team of risk and payment specialists. The role requires deep leadership, strong analytics, and cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or military experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in Risk Management.
• At least 3 years experience in Operations Management.
• At least 3 years experience in Project Management.
• At least 3 years experience in People Management.
• Masters Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or Project Management (preferred).
• 5+ years in leadership roles within risk governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Payment Success Program, establishing standards and strategic initiatives.
• Lead AI-augmented monitoring and risk controls across the payment ecosystem.
• Advise GPN Executives with strategic risk insights for decision making.
• Scale and mentor a team of 15–20 professionals for operational excellence.
• Define metrics and create a single source of truth for internal/external audiences.
