Capital One is seeking a Senior Director of Risk Management to lead the GPN Payment Success & Ecosystem Integrity program from its McLean, VA campus. Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or military experience
• At least 7 years of experience in Risk Management
• At least 3 years experience in Operations Management
• At least 3 years experience in Project Management
• At least 3 years experience in People Management

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Payment Success Program, establishing performance standards and strategic initiatives for transactional health across fraud, authorizations, and disputes
• Lead Intelligent Brand Protection & Payment Success, deploying detection technologies and AI-augmented monitoring to protect reputation and safety
• Secure Capital One’s global payment network with AI-augmented monitoring and risk controls
• Serve as a trusted advisor to GPN Executives, translating risk data into strategic insights
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a 15–20 person Risk and Payment team
